Listening:

John Lennon's Greatest Hits - "Working Class Hero" put into words the kind of anger that I've felt for years, with the line "They hate you if you're clever and they dispise a fool" standing out the most to me. Lennon knew all too well that intelligence was it's own liability.

Punk In Drublic by NOFX

The War On Errorism by NOFX

Viewing:

JFK - Anyone who's ever had even a passing interest in American history should watch this film. Loosely based on the true story of New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, the only person to ever bring a trial against someone in the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

Bowling For Columbine - Academy Award for best documentary.  Michael Moore takes a hard look at the affects of a fear-fueled media have on America and the repercutions it has.  Incredibly powerful film.

Farenheit 9/11 - If you haven't heard of this film and what it's about, you're living under a rock.  Or serving time in Gitmo.
