24 April 2001 - Huge overhaul here at The Word. Gave the site a new look and added new content.

25 July 2001 - Added Recomendations to the site. Will have a couple of new rants in a couple of days.

26 July 2001 - Added a new rant on the Rant page.

9 April 2004 - Finally got off my butt and wrote a new Rant.

Who Died And Made You Elvis?
No one. I'm just an opinionated fool with a little free time on his hands. I post what I feel without apology. This site and my personal views may offend some people, but it's my hope to entertain and possibly educate those not offended. My goal is to have you either rolling on the floor in gales of laughter, nodding your head in agreement, saying, "gee, I never thought of it that way" or possibly all three.

Are you a bible-thumper, politician, soccer-mom, Martha Stewart or the Pope? Do you find participating in events designed to eradicate the First Amenedment enjoyable? Have you ever appeared on an episode of Jerry Springer? Do you find words with more than two sylables make your brain start to backfire? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should seek your entertainment elsewhere. Like disney.com. In short, if you're a humorless type who enjoys sitting on the fence rather than picking a side, you should read no further. You won't like what I have to say, and you'll feel compelled to send me hate mail that I will summarily ignore.
